BREAKING: Anthony Joshua Involved in Fatal Road Accident in Ogun State as Two Persons Confirmed Dead

The crash reportedly involved a Lexus Jeep conveying Joshua and a stationary truck parked by the roadside.

Eyewitnesses stated that the Lexus Jeep, which had four occupants, rammed into the truck under circumstances that are still unclear. Anthony Joshua was said to be seated at the back of the vehicle, while two other passengers — one sitting beside him and another in the front seat — were confirmed dead at the scene.

An eyewitness identified as Adeniyi Orojo, who reportedly assisted during the rescue efforts, said the scene was devastating. He explained that he immediately tried to get help by stopping vehicles and calling emergency responders until officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) arrived.

The accident reportedly involved a two-vehicle convoy, with Joshua’s security detail following behind in a second vehicle. Members of the security team were said to have quickly moved in to secure the scene and assist with rescue operations as passersby gathered.

Photos and videos from the scene, which have circulated widely on social media, show a badly damaged vehicle, further fueling fears about the severity of the crash.
